Dear Colleague,

We are pleased to invite you to the

LoopFest IV

which takes place during the 2005 International Linear Collider Physics and Detector Workshop in Snowmass, Colorado

August 18-19, 2005

The format will be two days of plenary talks.

LoopFest IV is sponsored by the American Linear Collider Physics Working Group on higher-order calculations at a future international linear e+e- Collider (ILC). The LoopFest aims to provide a forum to coordinate activities focussed on the theoretical challenges resulting from the ultra-high experimental precision of a future ILC.

LoopFest IV - Topics
In order to participate in LoopFest IV, you have to be registered either for the Snowmass ALCPG meeting or the Aspen Collider Physics workshop. To register for the Snowmass meeting and to pay the registration fee, please go to https://alcpg2005.colorado.edu/alcpg2005/reg. Indicate on the registration form the LoopFest as one of your interests. We encourage LoopFest participants to stay for the entire Snowmass ALCPG meeting and participate in the ALCPG working groups.

Information about hotels and transportation to Snowmass can be found at https://alcpg2005.colorado.edu/alcpg2005/travel.

Your expertise is extremely important to meet the theoretical challenges posed by the expected experimental precision at a future ILC. We hope you will be able to attend and are looking forward to your reply.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are interested in participating by e-mailing one of the organizers listed below. Please also indicate in your e-mail if you would like to give a brief presentation.

We look forward to seeing you at LoopFest IV!

With Best Regards,

Ulrich Baur, baur@ubhep.physics.buffalo.edu
Sally Dawson, dawson@quark.phy.bnl.gov
Stefan Dittmaier, dittmair@mppmu.mpg.de
