3. Copies of TOEFL and GRE Scores (if available)

4. Copy of Visa Information (if currently in the U.S.)

5. $50 Application Fee

2. Official TOEFL (required) and GRE (highly recommended) Scores

Deadline:

For admission to the Fall semester, all materials should arrive by February 1 (or January 15 for best chance of financial aid).  Late applications will be considered subject to visa processing constraints.  It is the responsibility of the applicant to make sure the application is complete.
