3. $50 Application Fee

1. Academic Transcripts

2. Official GRE Scores (not required but highly recommended)

3. 3 Letters of Recommendation

Deadline:

For admission to the Fall semester, all materials should arrive by February 1 (or January 15 for best chance of financial aid).  Late applications will be considered.  It is the responsibility of the applicant to make sure the application is complete.
