EM 5: Van de Graaf Generator

NOTE: The small bundle of strings will fly open, even in humid weather (July) as long as VDG can make 2 cm - 3 cm sparks. In dry weather, sparks go 10 cm - 15 cm. Occasional tube cleaning needed (Methanol). Consider doing one of the Faraday cage demos first, before explaining VDG operaiton.
